Poor acting skills.

This had the potential to be a good movie. The photography was good. The script was ok but the acting was not believable in most of the characters. Much like what we use to call a B movie. I can hardly believe that a petite woman like Tracy Gold could drag or lift a 6 foot man onto a field truck or do things that require such extra upper body strength. The whole movie requires you to accept these kinds of things. Which makes a person want to call it stupid. Lol. I would have given it a two star if the filming were less than it was. Boring and unbelievable. Watch if you must lol.

Basically a good teaching aid for fires

I think the movie was making good points, using incarcerated to teach fire fighting. Gets them out early and they have a job when they get out.
This mother was in that predicament and it had a happy ending but I would have loved to see the tangled web between her and the MIL.
The acting in some cases was bland and seemed forced that's a minus one star.
Oh and the stupid horn music near to drove me crazy.

Wildfire 7 More than I Expected!!!

This had more substance than I anticipated ... thought it would be a so-so B-type flick, but to my surprise, it was Top Notch. Acting quite far better than I thought, scenes were realistic, plus they used lots of real forest fires footage. All-In-All a good must-see movie!

Great dramatic story with a happy ending for all

Despite being a little choppy story-wise and a bit blurry film-wise it had a lot of great characters and a feel-good ending with everyone getting second chances after redeeming themselves with bravery, endurance. forgiveness, and acceptance.

This DVD was not too bad. The actors were believable, at times you were kept in suspense. Tracey Gold played her role realistically. She was wrongly accused of murder and while in prison joins an elite unit of smokejumpers. Her aim is to rekindle with her estranged daughter, Sophie. This story is realistic as it could be any of us caught up in a similar situation. I enjoyed the DVD and definitely recommends this video.
