Quality is an issue…

I received this earlier today and now it’s in the trash on the same day… I poured some soap in as soon as I received this. When I went into the bathroom an hour after putting soap in this dispenser, the soap dispenser was sitting in a puddle of soap. I thought I may have overfilled it so i wiped it off and went to cook dinner. When I returned to the bathroom, I saw that there was another puddle of soap. I found out where the soap was leaking from (at the bottom) but a crack or hole was not visible. Obviously since I saw where the soap was leaking from, I emptied out the dispenser and just threw it into the trash… The plastic pump portion also feels really cheap and you have to pump it a few times to get a good amount of soap. Such a bummer that I wasn’t able to use this. It is really adorable but I suggest you only buy this for decorative purposes.

Cute for our camper bathroom. Only thing was it had to be primed for liquid hand soap to come out after refilling. It will take many pumps to get it to work but once you do it works fine. Came with a stopper clip that keeps pump from being pressed when not in use. So keep it and when not using it or storing in your camper cabinet, it keeps it from pumping out soap everywhere if it rolls around in cabinet. The stopper clip keeps pump handle from being pressed down and dispensing soap.

UPDATE: pump stopped working all together, had to replace pump then started leaking soap all over the bathroom sink. Very disappointed because I use this in the RV during summer and fall then use in the house during winter. Yes, its cute But quality is lacking. Do not recommend, should have lasted longer! Down grading stars from 5 stars to 2 stars!

Leaking From Bottom

I tried to return this but the nearest UPS or locker drop off is an hour away plus I don't have a printer. The USPS is about 20 minutes but I have to pay and ship at my own cost using them. I'm going to just toss it since it's not usable. Leaks from the bottom and I can't figure out where to try to seal. Awful product.

I loved the look of this when I got it. I filled it with soap and placed in shower. the next day the soap was all over the tub. It had leaked out the side of the holder about an inch from the bottom. Pain in the ass to send back and wait for replacement so I'm going to try and fix it with silicon, before returning. wasted a bottle of soap and my time.

Very cute for decoration, but does not function as a soap dispenser, which is what I purchased it for. Like everyone else, the pump will not dispense soap at all..I can't even get it to pump water! Very disappointed. From what I have read now in all the reviews, I sure wish I had read them sooner. I learned a valuable lesson....

UPDATE: I took an ice pick and ran it in the very top part of the pump where the soap comes out. Turns out, there is plastic in there that was not removed from the factory....works PERFECT now. Give it a try! It really does work and you can use your dispenser as intended!
