About the authors
Jeff Bacon is the author of The Darkside of Good, a supernatural dark fantasy thriller series that pits good against evil as the battle of Armageddon approaches. Jeff--also known as JB Chivvy--was born and raised on a farm near the city of Aberdeen, South Dakota and now lives in Janesville, Wisconsin with his wife, their children and 2 dogs. In his spare time, Jeff participates in Brazilian Jujitsu and submission wrestling (both of which help him write fight scenes in his books). He also enjoys outdoor sports like kayaking, rock climbing, and zip lining, but when he is feeling creative he loves nothing better than working with a piece of wood and making something unique.

Whenever Lauren steps into a place seemingly untouched by time, her vivid imagination runs wild picturing what her life would have been like thousands of years ago, and a story is born soon after.
Lauren is an ancient family saga fiction author who loves to daydream about times long past while sipping green tea and watching the experts on the Discovery channel unearth our ancestors' civilizations. She likes to dive into history and find overlooked, under-appreciated and relatively unknown tidbits of our past.
If you like page-turning dramatic plots, simple style and dialogue, stories that evoke strong emotions, well-researched historical details, and characters who love and lose, fight wrong with right, and hope in times of despair, a majority of Lauren's reader reviews say you will like her books.
Because life is too rich to tell a story in just one genre, Lauren writes multi-genre fiction stories that blend the historical, drama, and family saga genres and contain elements of coming of age, women's fiction, and romance.

H.R. Hobbs has loved books for as long as she can remember and it’s the reason she became a teacher and most recently, a writer. An educator for nearly thirty years, H. R. Hobbs writes realistic fiction that connects to teens and young adults. A mother of three grown sons and grandmother to three little darlings, she resides with her husband in the small prairie town where she was born and raised. "See Me", "Hear Me" and "Watch Me" make up The Breaking the Rules Series. Her newest release is "Storms and Scarabs", a time-travel adventure and the first book in the Time Chaser Series.
International Bestselling Author Alicia Scarborough was born in Denver, Colorado. She and her family lived in the southwest for most of her early years. In her tween years Alicia grew up in the beautiful Sierra Mountains in the small town of Tehachapi, California. Because houses were far apart, a bike or car was necessary for visiting friends. So instead Alicia would use her imagination to come up with interesting stories to bide her time. By the time she was 13, her family moved and settled in Atlanta, Georgia, where she lives today.
As a child, Alicia’s family would often find her acting out stories that she had envisioned for her toy ponies. Her mom and sisters admit that they would carefully sneak by her room to hear the conclusion of her riveting tales. Stories have always held a special place in Alicia’s heart, and as she grew up, she continued to hone her craft. Alicia makes it a personal goal of hers to up the stakes with her characters every chance that she gets.
With a Masters of Fine Arts in Interactive Media and Game Design, Alicia is able to take those skills and apply them to creating more engaging creative stories. A good game always has a story to it, and she makes it a priority to ensure that the story is present in the games she helps design.
Working full time as a Senior Product Engineer, Alicia’s job involves using both technical and creative skills. On her off-hours she can be found drawing with charcoals, painting with watercolors, reading stories, writing, or learning new and interesting things.

A.L. Rugova is an ordinary stay-at-home mom who loves mysteries, mythologies, magic, and random science facts. When not writing, you’ll find her having a private concert in the kitchen, binge-watching anime, or sitting on the couch and staring into the void, thinking of writing. Her family doesn’t settle in one place for long so she’s always looking forward to their next destination—but definitely not excited about packing.

Reen Jones lives in South West Wales with two cats and an overdraft, where she writes tales of science fiction, paranormal, and conspiracy, encouraging readers to take a look into the dark side and say, 'I wonder if . . .?'
After concentrating on short stories for a few years, she is now working on that fantastically successful novel that will enable her to fulfill her dream of retiring to the far side of the moon and opening a bar.
Joy Monette is an official editor of eBooks. Recently, she decided to experience life on the dangerous side by writing and publishing her own work. She now has even more respect for authors than she started out with. Which is saying a lot.
Her work can be classified as Contemporary Coming of Age with a liberal selection of warmth, despair, hope, and humor.
Joy grew up in the UK, and on the cusp of adulthood, she returned to South Africa, the land of her birth. She fell in love with its vibrancy, diversity, windmills, and thunderstorms. She is currently busy with a series of three novellas set in Johannesburg during the early 1990s when apartheid was unraveling, and the New South Africa was about to be born.
You can visit her on her website at joymonette.com and get updates and free short stories as soon as they become available.
Thank you for visiting her author page, and thank you for your reviews of Winds of Winter!
Qatarina Wanders is a former circus performer turned author with a unicorn and pug obsession. When she isn’t writing or editing books about unicorns or pugs (or owl shifters, vampires, werewolves, faeries, witches, angels, or succubi), she is likely eating sushi with her daughter or jumping out of a plane in the Rocky Mountains.

When Leigh Roberts is not caught up in the fantasy world of Etera with Adia, Khon'Tor, Acaraho, Oh’Dar, and Nadiwani, she is enjoying the beauty of the rural area in which she lives with her husband and several spoiled Pomeranians.
An avid reader since early childhood, she grew up on superhero comics, science fiction stories (Arthur C. Clarke, Isaac Asimov), and television shows like The Twilight Zone, The Outer Limits, and Star Trek.
Star Trek had a huge influence on her thinking and taught her the infinite possibilities of imagination—and how to split infinitives. Spoiler alert: you may find a Klingon word or phrase dropped in here or there, or a blatant, unapologetic recreation of a famous Star Trek TOS scene!
She hopes that through her writing, awareness of Sasquatch will spread, ultimately providing protection should they be proven to exist.
She loves being an author, and her heart’s desire is to be writing for a long, long time to come. Following Series One: Wrak-Ayya The Age of Shadows, will come Wrak-Wavara The Age of Darkness and then Wrak-Ashwea The Age of Light.
Corina Douglas lives at the bottom of the world in the paradise of New Zealand. She is mother to four crazy kids and wife to a wonderful husband. When she isn’t kiddo wrangling or running her indie editing business, Burning Legacies Publishing, she can be found exploring the forest, doing that stretchy yoga thing, or with her nose in a good book.
She writes adult fantasy based on Celtic mythology, and her stories are full of emotional punch, fast-paced action, and kick-butt heroes. If comedy is your jam, or you’re just looking for a light read or a clean romance, then her books are not for you!
