Toward the end there are several good meditations, though some seem like they would open you up to all kinds of spirits coming to you if you aren't specific with your intentions.

Obviously, I feel blessed to have been exposed to this kindlebook because I do strongly believe that I do have spirit guides who work overtime and indirectly help me even when I only realize this some time later after the help. However, I at times am instinctively and logically aware that I could utilize some help on more frequently connecting to the messages andor information coming from my spirit guides andor higher self when I sense such help and am working out deciphering andor understanding the messages.
