Although there are a handful of forms in this book, it is primarily a Cliff's Note type summary of the book.
I would expect you could get the key points of Atomic Habits with this alone, but having only read the intro I am not sure.
So I would suggest if you a summary of Atomic Habits,either to determine if you need to read the full book or to review after reading if you plan to implement the techniques go with cheaper Kindle edition.
Worksheets for the actual book are available on James Clear's website by signing up to an email list and others by sending a picture of your purchase reciept to an email listed in the front of the book.
