Editorial Reviews

Review

“The children’s story emphasizes a positive sense of self and optimism for what the journey tomorrow will bring. On discouraging days, this book will help readers find their place in the world with greater love for themselves and others.” ―Kirkus Reviews --This text refers to the hardcover edition.

5.0 out of 5 stars A book with beautiful beautiful wisdom about life
Reviewed in the United States on September 18, 2020
I was recommended this book by my friend, and it blows my mind away with the beautiful messages. It shows how to positively reframe things in life that we often feel anxious about. The illustration style is fantastical and warm. I love that I can teach my daughter how to appreciate life for what it is, not what it should be. The book is equally inspiring and even therapeutic to adults. I could read this everyday and just feel calmer and more mindful. High recommend this book for little ones, and adults who want to re-embrace the beauty of living.

3.0 out of 5 stars Illustrations Good Story Blah!
Reviewed in the United States on July 30, 2021
I really really -really- hoped this book would be good. I received it today and read through it before I’d give it to my 4 year old. It has.. No. Substance.

The illustrations are truly beautiful but the book is about concepts which a young kid can’t fully grasp yet.

There is no real story line which is a bummer.
