I installed the ink correctly and was excited about saving money on this product versus the Epson ink product. It has remained light the entire time and basically doesn't work in the printer. I'm so disappointed, I never order off brands, and took a chance with this one. And, the worst part I ordered two, so I'm out almost 60.00. I learned my lesson the hard way. Don't purchase this product!! I would have returned within the window but kept hoping that the ink would start working in my printer.

Only can use half of the cartridge

AFter a few prints, the printer can not read that the cartridges still has ink. The message on the side that reads "Please take the cartridges out and reinstall the cartridge 2-3 times." is incorrect. I reinstalled 7 times in a row, for two days and the cartridges are not recognized. All 4 colors. I purchased these new cartridges and within a week, this happens. And I made the mistake of buying two black cartridges as well, getting the same problem.

we've tried reinstalling several times and the printer won't recognize any of the cartridges. It's a bad sign that the cartridge actually has instructions saying to reinstall 3-4 times to get the printer to recognize the cartridge.

Although it states compatible with my printer these does it work. The actual cartridge has printed on them instructions on what to do if your printer says the cartridge are not recognized. I followed those instruction and reloaded the cartridges. After ten tries the result was the same. Since it is printed on the cartridges I am sure they are aware that they are not fully compatible as stated. In the end they didn’t fit. Cost me three days as I needed to order something else after waiting for these only for them not to work.
Disappointed as I had bought the Black versions and they worked great.

However, when I installed the second cartridge, the printer would not acknowledge it no matter how many times I pulled it out and reinstalled. I ended up sending it back for credit and ordering from Epsom. It's too bad it didn't work out but be forewarned.
