Worth the price

I bought this product because the rubber tip on the steaming wand of my 30-year-old espresso machine finally wore out, and I could not locate a replacement. I find that it works very well. I have seen reviews complaining that it broke after a while, but considering the price, I wouldn't worry about it--considering how much I might have spent on cappuccinos and lattes at Starbuck's or elsewhere if I didn't have it, it has already saved me money.

I bought it without the stand, and must keep it in a drawer between uses. I was afraid that mixing it in with other kitchen items might damage the delicate frothing wand, but I found that sticking it into the cardboard tube from a roll of paper towels worked perfectly to protect it. The cardboard tube is exactly the right size.

I have purchased 2 of these now - they work great…when they work…which is only for about 3 months. Batteries needed to be replaced. So I opened the back, took out the old, replaced with new (yes I put them in correctly), and….nothing. Did that about 6 more times, had my husband try, and…nothing. Granted, I did get my money worth - probably used it 2x per day for 3 months so that’s lots of use for a reasonable price. But now I’ve added to the landfill and have to shell out another $12-$15 for another one and I’ll have to go a few days without frothed milk for my morning coffee…now I’ll be grumpy on top of it all.

This has to be one of the best purchases I've made on Amazon! This product performs so well, especially considering how inexpensive it is. I've been working from home (like so many others these days), without access to my normal coffee shops. I was looking for a way to recreate my favorite cafe drinks and lattes at home, and had tried using a hand-held mixer with whisk attachment to froth the milk... not the most efficient method. I received this milk frother this week, and wow! What a difference. Within SECONDS the milk was frothy, had almost doubled in volume and was pillowy soft and velvety. It is SO easy to use, extremely user-friendly and very efficient. It's also compact which makes storing it in my tiny kitchen a no-brainer. It's also very, very easy to clean. Also, I have to say, it's very nice that the folks at Zulay communicate with you. Once I placed my order, I received an email from them with warranty information and some tips on proper use, cleaning and storing of the item. The instructions are very clear and helpful. I just think that's a nice touch to point out. Overall, if you're interested in making coffee drinks at home and you're in the market for a milk frother, I can't recommend this one highly enough!

This little frothing stick is extremely fast and efficient. I was in awe of it's ability to create a lovely foam topping for my coffee in seconds. It was recommended by America's Test Kitchen to be the best and I have to agree that they are correct! I was so impressed that I purchased a couple more and gave them out as hostess gifts to a couple of friends of mine... They come in different colors to match your style...

Ok, I've had probably 5 or 6 of these dandy little whisks over the years from many different brands. They are all more or less effective for frothing my morning lattes, but other brands have always failed in one way or another and ended up on the scrap heap. THIS little whisk, though is an improvement on the others. First of all, the motor seems more powerful than other brands and the top button is such an upgrade from the slide switch on most others. Well done, product designer. This one is a keeper.

This little guy has been our favorite new kitchen accessory that we didn't know we needed! The first reason we wanted it was to level up our morning coffee game. Whether you're drinking hot or iced coffee, start with a little sugar and your favorite creamer or milk and froth it up! Then slowly add your coffee for a gorgeous café-esque drink that looks and tastes amazing. This little gadget has really made our morning (or afternoon) cup so much more enjoyable!

We also use it for mixing our powdered beverages (think BCAA and nootropic drink mixes) and it even gives them a nice effervescent froth. It's the joy in the little things.

Cute little device, but you get what you pay for. It was defective upon arrival. We put new batteries in it and pressed the button..it started up then stopped. (You have to hold the button down while using it its not like an on off switch.) Sometimes it ran sometimes it wouldn't. When put into liquid it would stop immediately. We tried it in a cup of tap water and it did the same thing. I have requested a replacement. I will update my review once I have a chance to try a different one.

After a week of solid use (1x per day), it has officially stopped frothing my milk. The device doesn’t turn the way it use to and it wobbles the moment you put it in the creamer/milk. Super disappointed with the QC on this one.

I wanted to step my coffee game up, save some $ and make my iced/hot coffees at home. After some research, I decided to purchase this milk frother device and my goodness…it is magical! I tried it on several creamer/alternative options (Starbucks PSL creamer, Silk Almond creamer and Trader Joe’s almond and coconut creamer) and it turned them into magically frothed creamy goodness. I was stoked. Def recommend this!
