Is this tool enough to remove and put back a Tudor stainless steel strap?

It is. It works on my sub. I do suggest, however, you use a piece of tape on the back of the lug holes on instalation of new strap and bars to avoid scratches (this in general for all spring bar tools that aren't the plier type)

I have not used it on a Tudor . If it has spring bars then it should be enough.

I have not used in on a Tudor; however, it works on my Rolex and other watches.

Yes, it is not a problem removing a Tudor braclet with this.
