I just purchased my second pair of Rainbow sandals for myself and a pair for my daughter. They are not at all like the first pair that I purchased several years ago. They feel more like a flip flop. The sole is not stiff, but rather made from foam. What has happened to this product? I paid $55.00 each for a flip flop not a sandal. I did not realize this until I started tripping because the sole is not sturdy. They are no longer new so I can not return them. I am very disappointed. Did I buy fake Rainbows or did the quality of the product change?

The ones that just got to use are definitely fakes, or at least not traditional rainbows. They are a foam material not the normal leather ones

If these were fake, I was totally fooled. They are awesome and the most comfortable sandals I own.

The one I got doesn’t seem like fake.

No, they are real. I was skeptical also, so I sent photos of the rainbow sandals that I received to Rainbow’s email, and they confirmed they were authentic. Some are made in USA and some in China.
