Is assembly required? If I had two of these, would I be able to cook meals for 10 people camping?

JTheod, some assembly is required but it is not very difficult. If you were cooking burgers for 10 people then two would easily handle the job. If you were doing pork steaks I'm estimating you'd only be able to fit about 8 of our big Missouri pork steaks on two grills. The grill measures a true 18" so draw an 18" diameter circle on a big piece of cardboard and you'll get the idea of how big this grill is. I love it.

Yes assembly is required but very straightforward and quite a breeze. Cooking a meal for 10 people is very possible on just one of these; might have to cook in 2 batches depending on what exactly ure cooking. For example if ure making just burger patties, u could easily make one batch, but if steaks or kebabs then more than 1 batch. Having said that, 2 of these would make life even easier for u. I'll add that they are very sturdy and I've had for over a year.

Assembly was very easy. You could cook for 10 people on one of them. To be safe, cooking for 10 with two of them would be no problem.
