Can 1 Nosefrida be used for twins? Or do they each need their own? The description says the tube is placed against & not inside the nostril.

I'd say just clean it in between children. You would only need 2 if you need to use them at the same time. It is easy to clean though, so 1 should be fine.

It can be used for multiple people because it is easy to take apart and clean. I'd simply unscrew the nozzle part and clean it before using it on a second person, and obviously clean the whole thing between uses.

Stick to one each, since you are not able to sterilize, its possible for one baby to be not sick and the other to be sick (speaking from experience )
