I have not but I would certainly try it. The Tens has done great for my minor low back pain so it may work for sciatica as well. I do something called a "Couch Stretch" (not to be confused with stretching out on the couch but I confess to doing that sometimes after a workout as well) for sciatic nerve pain. Works really well for me. Google it. There are videos to show you how to do it. Hope the Tens or the couch stretch helps!
