It can back up any cryptocurrency that uses up to 24 mnemonic words to back up the the private key - this can be used to back up the Ledger Nano S which can hold around 20 different coins - each slot hold four letters, but you only need the first four letters to recover the the entire word from the BIP39 word list github.com/bitcoin/bips/blob/master/bip-0039/english.txt

This device is coin-independent, however some coins may require different backup techniques and measures. So for example, you can back up the seeds of a Jaxx wallet, which itself covers many coins (Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Dash, etc) with this device.

It's perfect for backing up your hard wallet, which can hold more than just one crypto like bitcoin.

No, it will backup most crypto wallets. This is only good for one key, or one wallet. So for a trezor or other hardware wallet that will take more than one currency, it will back up the entire wallet.

It can back up anything where the backup key fits on the device. I'm using it to back up a hardware wallet.
