By 4 door crew cab, you mean it will fit the quad cab with 4 full size doors?

Yes, this length and foot pads is intended to be used on crew cab trucks that have 4 full size doors, not extended cab or whatever the brands call those with less than full size rear doors. This fit my 2013 Ram 1500 Crew Cab exactly.

be careful b/c there is a difference between crew and quad with these... I found this out first hand. Look at the overall length in inches and comparison.
The quad cab rear doors are smaller in relationship to the length of the truck whereas the crew cab rear doors are longer.
The crew size should be the longer of the 2.

If you mean by full size door "crew cab", then yes it fits RAM 1500 crew cab
