The horse stickers and each word are individual stickers. It was pretty easy to put on my trailer. You just need to draw an even line and line it up.

You get multiple stickers. One each of what you see pictured so you can place words and horses where you like. I am very satisfied and love it !!!

If you're asking whether you should order more than one decal kit, i would say it depends on the trailer's size. The decal comes in two strips as shown, making it easier to apply and level horizontally. You could also change the word order by cutting the horses from either end of the decals and affixing them on both ends of the modified wording, or place them anywhere else on your trailer.

The decal is for one of each word, CAUTION and HORSES, and two horses, one facing left and one facing right. Thank You, Mike

This is a "set", but they are separate. I own these decals and they look great on my trailer.
