Is this decal reflective

No it isn't - this decal is great though. It is the type where it is just the letters that go on the trailer. You have to "rub" the decal to ensure the letters will stick when you lift the sticker. As you place the sticker onto your trailer you have to use a credit card or something similar to press the letters on and then you peal off the sticker only the letters will stick to the - looks perfect
