As the name implies it is an updated version of the first Wii Fit. Includes new exercies and poses not see on the first one. It also introduce the calorie feature. I wouldnt get anything except the plus - hands down.

It does not include the Nintedo Wii Console, or any Wii Remote Controllers, Just the Board and Video Game.
