Off the top of my head, it is 1 foot x 1 foot x 4 inches while coiled. The included bag is much larger than the coiled cables themselves, allowing it to hold much more if desired. I can not actually measure, because I don't have access to them right now.

I don't have a 2018 Honda civic, but have used on 2018 BMW SUV and 2012 Nissan Rogue, and I didn't experience any problems!

I'd have to go out to the car and look at mine to see, but typically there is a hang tag on the cables themselves or an insert in the box that states they are UL tested.
