No it will not work on 220 volts. Has to be 110 volts

I would say google the brand name of the cooker and see if there is number to the company. They could possibly send a new on upon request.

yes, It has buttons you touch to start time and you can take away time and add time to it. I would not be with out mine. I cook in it all the time. 25to 30 min I have a 8 lb pot roast and carrots and potatoes done. I would have cooked it all day in the oven for it to be as tender as this makes it.
