no dimethicone or dimethiconol, nothing dimethy. I believe you can view the ingredient list in one of the images? Smells great and is a wonderful product!!

No, this definitely has a banana smell. It's not obnoxious though. It smells good once sprayed on hair.

It does not contain an SPF sunscreen. However, it contains UV protection for your hair to help prevent hair from becoming dull, brittle, frizzy, and discolored. For SPF protection, please use a traditional sunscreen with broad spectrum UVA/UVB protection.

No. The bottle says that it protects your hair, but it specifically says to use with a sunscreen of spf 15 or higher to protect your scalp. I wish I could post a pic of the back of the bottle where I read this.. I hope this helps.

Nope, this one is salt free. We do make a Sea Spray, which uses sea salt to help texturize hair (awesome for that beachy, wind-tousled look).

I don't think so. There is no SPF to my knowledge. It helps hair against sunburn though. But hair and skin is different.

It does not. It is more of a de-tangler / leave in conditioner, no harsh dyes. Its for all hair types.

I don't know about coconut oil or whatever else is good to protect your hair but I was very disappointed in this product. I think I even threw it out!
