there is metal screw inside,so please grasp rubber tips,counter-clock turn to move screw,replace the new rubber tips,attach it to your stylus

Mine unscrews where the ink pen is at. But mine isn't real tight. Be careful because it has an spring inside with the ink refill. It is also real tight to pull out the refill. I hope this answer you question.

It works all capacitive touchscreen devices,but for Samsung Chromebook Pro,i think active stylus digital pen is better.

No it can not, it is a "soft" tip.. On most drawing apps you need to use a "hard" tip one... Amazon has a lot of those to choose from..

I don't know if they changed to tip size but mine has a medium point and it writes smoothly.

The rubber tips on the stylus are a little big to write small. I would suggest you find a stylus with a plastic point so you can write as small as the iPad allows. I use my stylus to type on the virtual keyboard, but I don't use it to write on the screen. For That tablet you will need the special pen that the Tablet come with..... It will not work at All...... If you lost the pen of your grafic tablet don't bother to buy anything elese than the same pen the tablet came with......
