Have used for many years and my favorite is making it into chicken salad. Just chop it up, add your favorite chicken salad ingredients. I use sweet pickle relish, mayo, mustard, onions or onion powder. The longer it sits the better it tastes. Is also good cut in half poked in dressing and baked. If you keep an eye of the item, most times you can find these for around $6.50-$7 per can if you buy the 3 pk but it is not always available. You can also by the larger can and freeze the extra pieces into portions sizes for later.

The recipe was slightly changed to mimic the color of chicken. With the feedback received, the recipe will go back to the original recipe.

Yes, but 12.5 oz is a pretty big can. I find it to be worth the price because one can will make 2-3 meals for me.
