You need a 24 to 8 pin ATX adaptor. The 24 pin power cable needs to be plugged in or else the PSU will not register as being plugged in and won’t boot. (Green wire needs to be grounded). I think the 4+4 ATX cable can be used for your 4 pin port, but if not you can get a molex to 4 pin ATX adaptor as well.

If the PSU is brand new then sth might be dead. Possibly a dead motherboard but idk. Do u get post codes or beeps at all?

Yes it has two 6+2 PCI cables which can be used for either a 6 pin or 8 pin port on a graphics card
