It is possible to pack your items in a way that the bag is comfortable to wear, and you can actually pack quite a large amount of items into the bag. Since it is a super lightweight and foldable bag, there is no padding on the back and the straps have very thin light padding.

I use this for overnight max 5 days(so far) winter hammock camping all the time and its fine for me I just rigged it for my comfort. Maybe. Keep in mind, this is not 40L backpack, this is 25L. Instead of stated 22.8" x 13.4" x 7.9" it measures 22.8 x 10.7 x 6.3 = 1537 cubic inches or 25.2 Liters.

It was perfect for a 2 week trip, but I had to do laundry at the end of the first week because I ran out of clothing. Also think about getting some Ziploc large vacuum bags to save space.

Yes. I use it for carry-on for international flights all of the time and it's super comfortable. I don't have one negative thing to say about this bag and I used it for 10 days straight while traveling throughout Europe.
