Waist 38” and length 32” should fit you. Just divide centimeters by 2.54 to get size in inches.

I bought the black, khaki stone washed and the dark rinse. I live in upstate New York and it is a pretty cold winter this year. The dark rinse are heavier and my legs didnt get cold, it was 5*F this morning; they are not as heavy as carhart material and they are also not as stiff to walk in. They seem to be the same size as the regular straight leg Wranglers. They are slightly darker in color The fabric seems to be the same weight, but of a finer finish. I prefer them.

The person I bought them for said they were true to size, and they did not shrink after being washed and dried in the dryer.
