Just ensure that the protection plan matches the category and price range of the item in question. The plan can be purchased separately within 30 days of the product purchase date as long as the product is backed by a manufacturer warranty. Per our terms these protection plans do not cover replacement or service outside of the USA. Our protection plans are also not eligible for use in Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa or the Virgin Islands.

I don’t understand the question. We purchased a 3 year warranty when we bought the Neato. That’s all.
