Answer:
I have had this waterbottle for 3 months. I love it but the rubber band for the top has broken as well. Now the top just flops back and forth and does not pop upen when I hit the unlock button. Would really love a replacement part.

Answer:
More than a pint, with the infuser and cooler in (they displace water), less than a quart. Without the infuser in, I'd guess a quart?

Hi Lisa,
Thanks for your question.
The answer is yes the bottle can be frozen. However we have not tested this over a long period of time so I cannot guarantee that there won't be some wear and tear over time.
The bottle does sweat a bit after being frozen so you may want to put a sleeve around it after freezing. We are looking at having a sleeve made in future for customers such as yourself that would like to freeze the bottle. Please also be aware that when you freeze the bottle there is rubber piece that seals the flavours in and goes into the spout when the bottle is closed. It is probably best to run some warm water over the lid before opening the lid after freezing to stop this rubber sealer from sticking to the spout.
Our goal is always to provide the best customer service so please let us know how you go with this. If you do encounter any problems let us know and we will do whatever we can to help you.
Many Thanks

Answer:
I don't have anything to measure it with, but it is about the width of a double-walled tumbler but taller. It's a pretty big bottle - 32oz.

You sure can put teabags in there and also mint leaves. Just make sure the mint leaves are big enough so they dont fall through the infuser basket holes.

Answer:
Just a shot in the dark...make sure the black insert that holds the infuser basket is pushed all the way down in the neck of the bottle. Then be sure to catch the threads properly when screwing on the top. Screw it down just snug. Do not over tighten.
