This griddle is actually about the size of an English Muffin, which fits perfectly. Its very tiny. I can put it in my purse and take it with me to work. you can get a square sandwich maker which is what I use for cheese sandwiches. And the grill seals and slices them for you.

Clean up is super easy. Simply wipe it down with a papertowel after cooking is complete. The plates do not come off but in truth that isn't even necessary.

The one I have is a griddle so its a smooth surface. You can't make a waffle but you can make a pancake. Perfect size for my 2 year old.

No but I have made pancakes from mix, fried egg, round grill cheese a cinnamon roll and all came out fine. I love making perfectly round pancakes and they cook really quick so you can make a lot

It the nonstick coating has a very, very strong burnt hair/burnt plastic odor when it heats up. I can certainly imagine it making people sick so I’d guess that means it’s not good for birds either.

I don't know what the measurement is, but it is way too small. Can only put one egg in it. I don't use it at all.
