Answer:
Yes, that is why they are designed with a flat top and bottom. They are able to lie flush to the ground where most products have to raise the gate 1 inch off the ground in order to fit. Thanks.

Answer:
Yes, these can be secured to your wall with a screw. Use a #10 flat top 2 inch screw. There is a hole in it that allows for that. However, baby gate manufactures say to not use the gates at the top of stairs for safety reasons such as a kid or baby pushing on it and they fall down the stairs. Answer:
Yes, it does work for wall to banister. I actually use it for my pets as well. I have yet to find a place where the wall nanny doesn't hold up.

Answer:
The Wall Nanny will work on all gate spindles (pressure mounted screws) that have a screw head/pad that is 1.6 inches or smaller. The well of the Wall Nanny is 1.6 inches in diameter so anything smaller should fit. If this doesn't make sense look at some of the pictures and they will show what I'm talking about. Answer:
They secure pressure gates without any need to drill. The pressure gate I have came with plastic caps you could screw into the wall to keep the pressure gate from sliding. These eliminate the need to do that. You just hold them in place as you expand the pads from your pressure gate into the round well on these pads.

Answer:
It’s about an inch and three-quarter wide so I think if you installed it vertically instead of horizontally, it would certainly work on 1 in. wide railing. You can expand your gate so that it fits tightly within this device. I wish I found it years ago! It really does protect your walls

I bought the, Cumbor 51.6-Inch Baby Gate Extra Wide, and it worked great, so my guess is yes. However, I can't say for sure.

Answer:
I'm sorry but that is a hardware mounted gate. That gate doesn't use spindles. So, no, the Wall Nanny won't work with it. Thanks.
