I bought mine in March 2020 and it does come with a 3ft displayport cable. If your PC is sitting on your desk next to the monitor, that's plenty of length. Otherwise I suggest ordering a longer displayport cable (remember that there is a 15ft limit on displayport if you want to reliably get higher refresh rates!)

It is compatible, however a PlayStation 4 will not push 144fps nor does it have a displayport out. This monitor is over kill for console players.

HDMI supports 120Hz. Acer can guarantee 144Hz via DisplayPort connected directly using no adapters.
