The reason I bought it is because my USB connections are overused (4-5 external disks, cables for frequent connection of cameras and flash drives) and a USB keyboard was sometimes too slow. I also used a wireless keyboard from Logitech, much better and cheaper, but the connection was through USB and often it simply would not work, it happened several times during phone calls. That's up to your operating system. Generally you can select various languages there and the keyboard will adapt.

As long as you have a USB port to plug the charging/pairing cord into, you’d be fine. The keyboard end is the lightning. It’s just like an iphone charging cable...

It feels slightly bigger than the awesome non numerical keyboard. But not enough to make you miss it.

I absolutely love having the number pad !

Sorry ! No this is only for desktop or laptop. Works with USB connection . There's a special keyboard made hair for IPad pro . It's called smart keyboard . You can check it out at Apple. Com or hair google it. Thanks for your inquiry .

Whether it is a feature you want to use or not, there is no excuse for not including backlighting in a premium keyboard at this point in history.

I recommend passing on the Apple Magic Keyboard and instead get the Matias Aluminum Bluetooth Wireless keyboard. It’s about $20 more expensive, but it is a better keyboard… see more

I recommend passing on the Apple Magic Keyboard and instead get the Matias Aluminum Bluetooth Wireless keyboard. It’s about $20 more expensive, but it is a better keyboard in every possible way. (And they do make it with all of the standard Mac keys - as well as the function keys we lost if you have a newer 15” MacBook Pro with Touch Bar). They are in Canada so the website is matias.ca . see less
