DON'T I WISH!! When I read reviews of the RUIZU, that was the main objection. There is NO way to make a playlist! When I add songs from my laptop to the RUIZU, I NEVER know where in the list they will end up. Newly added songs don't even go to the bottom of the list! They pop up anywhere! The connector cord that connects the device to the pc is defective. Unfortunately my replacement cord (that i found in a draw of extras that I had) is unmarked so i cant tell you its specifications. The device itself is fine after you replace the cord that it comes with.

I import folders of music from from computer to the mp3 Music folder. The mp3 then organizes the songs alphabetically. You may create a playlist if you want to hear songs in a specific order.

This player can only support the AMV format in 160*128, you should convert video files by format conversion software first.

Only if you buy a bluetooth transmitter/receiver and plug the player into transmitter. Then headphone and transmitter will sync. I do it every day.
