Yes it is a fully functional phone on Verizon and Straight Talk. I love it. It is the best phone I have had. This is my second one.

It is unlocked, but you still need to confirm if the other carrier will support a Verizon branded device with Verizon settings

It is unlocked, it will work on verizon or straighttalk (via verizon) it wont come with a sim card. Youd have to go to verizon or if you choose straight talk you can get the "bring your own phone kit" and use the verizon chip in that kit.

S5 is a Micro SIM card the V20 Is a NANO sim card. Contact Verizon and they will send you one.

Yes. I have an extra v20 I use like a tablet. It is the best phone I have ever owned. Clear calls. Works great with Wi-Fi free call app.
