The few I’ve received and use pop up on the checkout page as a credit subtracted from total when you look at receipt.

You can also go to your account and click credits. It will show what’s avail and credits used

You can plug in your number and if you don’t recall password click forgot password. If you are in system it will send reset password to your number or it will come back and say unable to send because you are not on file. You can then create new account.
