Answer:

Yes, it is a two pack. You receive the two colors that are shown. In my case, we received a white pair and a black pair. It is a very good deal.

It depends on your weight and how snug you want them to fit. I'm 6'1" 195lbs and got mediums

Hi. I would not no how to measure that nor are there any specifications of what the compression is. They are not true compression pants if that’s what your looking fit when compared to Under Armour or Nike.
