I would check against US vs Asian sizes. Anything from US small to medium will fit. Remember they are stretch. I fit into the US small and I'm 5'10 30w

Good quality material. Really comfortable doesn't dry-out your skin keep you really warm in the winter and in the summer keep your skin moist and cool during the summer months so you do not overheat in the summer time's.
