I haven't bought or used this projector yet, but I'm thinking a decent workaround would be to reduce the image on whatever your source device is (i.e. laptop, desktop PC) so when you project the image to your canvas, the image will be smaller than the 32" size restraint of the projector. In this way, when projecting the image onto your canvas, the size of the projected image will match your required dimensions, without losing resolution or focus.

At least that's what I'm telling myself to justify making the purchase without fully knowing if I will be able to adapt the projector to my needs.....lol. Time will tell.

Good luck. see less

Answer:
Yes you can absolutely mount this on your ceiling. I’m not sure why someone using it for a home theater wouldn’t mount it to the ceiling actually lol They sell projector ceiling mounts pretty cheaply and then it just hooks right in and screws into the ceiling.

Answer:
I have found the internal speakers to be quite lacking. I wasn't expecting much, given the size of the unit and the speakers. The main thing for me was that it provides a great picture and I've hooked mine up to external speakers via a standard 3.5mm audio cable. Very simple, and great results.
