The VX2758-C-MH does have 144Hz refresh rate capability. 1920 x 1080 @144Hz for HDMI1.4/2.0 You may need to set your display adapter to 144Hz and make sure your HDMI connection on the laptop is HDMI version 1.4 capable. All our monitors are Plug N Play, so drivers are no longer needed.

I have no idea as I have never heard of such a feature on a TV before. I use my TV to watch TV via Roku and also it is hooked up to my computer for gaming and I have no problems with lag or picture quality.
