We do not use dairy as an ingredient in our nutritional shake formulations, and in fact all of our products are certified vegan through Vegan Action. However not all our products are produced in an exclusive dairy-free facility.

Safety is paramount to us at Vega, therefore all our facilities are 3rd party audited and follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Procedure) practices to ensure all allergen ingredients are stored away from non-allergen ingredients, and strict sanitation procedures are followed, to ensure risk for cross-contamination is minimized.

I have used both, but Vanilla, not Chocolate. They both mix very well. I actually use it alone, but also in a multi green smoothie I make. I have found it extremely digestible without the rumbling and gas from whey products. Highly recommend them all! Great company!

Each person is completely different, your Health Care Practitioner has all the scope of your overall health so he/she would be more qualified to determine the right amount of daily iron for your specific case.

The sport version has brach chain amino acids -- mainly for recovery. If you only need this for general protein (like when on travel), then the vega P&G is better since it also has some greens in it. If you want to use the protein powder specifically for recovery, VEga sport is better.
