The item description clearly states that they are "single pole only", i.e. they aren't 3 way switches. TP-Link also sells 2 packs of their 3 way switches.

of course, you can use the app to turn on/off on your cell phone from anywhere. It supports remote control as long as your cell phone has access to the internet

I think you’re out of luck without some help from an electrician. Even then your house wiring may not support a neutral without retrofitting and rewiring which will be cost prohibitive. Do check with electrician though.

Yes of course. Turning it off manually does not mean it turns the device off completely. You can use it manually as you would with a regular switch, through the app on your phone or through a voice assistant.
