It can hold up to a 25 lb turkey so quire large.

I haven't used them for brisket but I'll certainly use them for ham and pork shoulder for pulled pork. They're huge so fitting a brisket shouldn't be a problem.

I just opened the bag holding the brining bags. They are huge. I have a 13 lb. turkey and could probably fit 3-4 in the bag. If they're rated for a 25 lb. turkey I can't see an extra 3 lbs making the turkey size that much bigger where it wouldn't fit. It's been a while since I used mine, but roughly I would say that they are around 24" wide by between 24-36" deep.

Ha yup they are....I purchased mine in 2019 about August now i did buy roasting bags that are 20x24" and they are made in Dallas TX.

I don't remember exactly but it was twice as big as I needed for a 14# turkey. Think of a trash bag that fits a 5 gallon bucket but with a ziploc top.

I don't think temperature would be a problem but I can't imagine what you'd be cooking in by their sheer size.
