Not sure, but I would think as long as it's HDMI ports to HDMI it should.

No this is not an extender, it's a splitter, it is more like a switch. I would not recommend this unit regardless, it is junk.

Yes it will work. The switch is up to 4K compatible, any hdmi connection will work with it. I have an Xbox connected to a 4K t.v. and a t.v. that's not 4K, both work fine.

It is a dumb mechanical switch, if it passes Ethernet, no stripping

Not sure if there is a max length. All of my HDMI cords are between 6-10ft long and it works perfectly.

I can't see why it wouldn't work. As long as there is an IN and OUT with the HDMI cables.
