Answer:
This would work on soap scum, however we'd recommend using the Bath version for the best results.

I use them on my stairs in the pool all the time, works awesome. I have gently used them on the vinyl and haven't seen any damage. I wouldn't use too much pressure as it may damage it if it's vinyl. Yellow stain is usually metal in the water. There's a chemical for that, I very hard well water, been there, done that … see more I use them on my stairs in the pool all the time, works awesome. Answer:
We suggest reaching out to the manufacturer of your shoes to determine the best way to clean them! It may help to know that you can use our Magic Erasers on leather using light pressure, but we don't recommend using them on fabrics. Using them on the soles of athletic shoes is also okay.

Answer:
Primarily used for hard flat surfaces it can be used on certain upholstery with a polyester thread count. More absorbing fabrics like cotton or silk may not come clean as well. It’s an eraser designed with microscopic textures that grab small particles within the grooves that can’t be seen or felt by touch.

Furniture like a couch , though can absorb freshly spilled liquid , probably won’t do much for stains but can remove a lot of stuck on grime better than using other things.
A wet rag can clean upholstery quite well too. Then a blow dryer once desired affect is obtained.
Hope that helps see less
