It can now and my wife is super happy. She's a native Spanish speaker so when I heard it was available I enabled it and told her to talk to Alexa in Spanish, she said Alexa doesn't speak Spanish. I told her to try any way. She asked for a song and when Alexa responded in Spanish she almost cried.

So yes, Alexa… see more

Stay away!! Nice people, but they don't have their product up to speed, yet. It TOTALLY messed up my Amazon Music, by adding tons of the wrong songs by the right artist from my iTunes. I am still working on deleting all of the wrong songs. see less I also have had good luck with the My Media skill. Just follow the instructions, as you have to install the program on your PC as well. No. She connects to rings website which then connects to my ring doorbell through the internet using my WiFi. Or for lights for example. If your internet went out...you can’t control your lights anymore with Alexa. Cuz she needs to reach the website of the product and have that website reach out to the product. UNLESS. You get an echo plus. The plus version has a zigbee signal inside which can direct connect to “certain” devices and can control them even if your internet is down. see less It just connects to the internet. Might have a poor Wi-Fi connection, too far away. Try moving Alexa closer to your Wi-Fi.
