Amazon is truly a swift and deliberate company who defends buyers rights!

Two things you must do, 1) read the bundle paperwork to see if there is a clause discussing guarantee coverage. 2) read the literature for any mention of bundle warranty coverage. If neither of these suffice, you must call, preferably email both the seller and the coverage broker and insist on a written reply.

Two things you must do, 1) read the bundle paperwork to see if there is a clause discussing guarantee coverage. 2) read the literature for any mention of bundle warranty coverage. If neither of these suffice, you must call, preferably email both the seller and the coverage broker and insist on a written reply.

Is you cannot get a reasonable written answer or they refuse a written answer, I recommend canceling your order.. you may want to note to the seller that you intend to file a complaint against them with Amazon. This will cause Amazon to take immediate action.
