Our protection plans are also not eligible for use in Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa or the Virgin Islands. As a courtesy to our customers, we allow a grace period of 30 days between the purchase of the item and the protection plan. Just ensure that the protection plan matches the category and price range of the item in question. The plan can be purchased separately within 30 days of the product purchase date as long as the product is backed by a manufacturer warranty. This protection plan is designed to cover your item for mechanical and electrical failures due to normal use . Replaceable components such as batteries are considered consumable items and are not covered by this plan.
