Yes it does help for any blue light. I've used glasses for over 6 months and can confirm the effectiveness of blocking any blue light to keep your eye in a relaxed mode at all times.

I wear mine all day as it does not only prevent blue light while working on a screen but also provide slight tint while outside. The glasses is also ligh weight too. Fantastic combination!

I haven’t personally worn them all day, but I think they are the perfect looseness that doesn’t cause discomfort, but also don’t fall off your head.

my guess is that the frames would not be sturdy enough, for what is required, for eyeglass frames. There are certain standards in strength for regular eyeglass frames, I just don't think these are up for that.

They are not reader type or any prescript level glasses. They do seem to protect the eye from looking at a computer screen tiredness though.
My cornea surgeon told me they would help my at work , so I found these and have liked using them.
