If you have a Roku, or Xbox One Amazon Prime Video and music apps can be streamed via HDMI. That’s how I have it set up.

If the headphones are wireless Bluetooth you don’t need a cable as the av receiver is Bluetooth capable. If headphones are wired with 1/4 inch plug you need a 1/4 to 1/2 inch male/female adapter as receiver needs a 1/2 in male plug
