The solar panel is connected via clamps, directly to your vehicle battery, or via a cigarette lighter plug. You can use the cigarette plug with a usb connector plug to charge your equipment. You can't connect this directly to your laptop or laptop charger.

No. It's a 12volt nominal charger. golf carts usually are 6 volt or 8 volt battery in series to make 36 or48th volts. You'd need a charger for each 12 volts,3 or. 4 of them. Plus!!! It's a maintainer, not a charger. Only 9 watts. 3/4 of an amp

I would be careful to ensure your quick connect's polarity aligns with the panels quick connect. Otherwise, making the proper interface cable isn't difficult.

Aunque yo no he cargado ninguna bateria hasta ahora, en mi opinion, si es cargador solar. Yo lo probe con un voltimetro al sol y da mas de 12V
